All photography and video on OSEA Wildlife Media is protected by copyright. Copyright in the images and footage remains with the photographer. OSEA Diver Ltd acts as the exclusive commercial licensing representative where applicable.
Previews are protected
Preview images and clips are deliberately reduced in resolution and watermarked. They are provided for evaluation only. Nothing on the public site is licensed for use until you complete a purchase or agree a bespoke licence.
Prohibited without a licence
- Reproduction, publication or distribution of any asset or preview.
- Resale, sublicensing or transfer of rights.
- Removing or obscuring watermarks or copyright metadata.
- Use of any asset to train, fine-tune or develop machine-learning or generative-AI systems, unless a specific AI-training licence has been granted in writing.
