Refund Policy

This policy covers digital licences and downloads purchased through OSEA Wildlife Media.
Digital licences
Because licences grant immediate access to high-value digital files, they are generally non-refundable once the associated file has been downloaded. By completing checkout you acknowledge that access begins immediately.
When we do refund
- Duplicate or accidental purchases where the file has not been downloaded.
- Demonstrable technical faults with the delivered file that we cannot resolve.
- Charges you did not authorise.
Effect of a refund
Where a refund is issued, the corresponding licence is terminated and any download entitlements are revoked automatically. Continued use of a refunded asset is a breach of the licence terms.

Contact licensing@osea.example with your order reference. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
