This policy explains how OSEA Diver Ltd (“we”) collects and uses personal data through OSEA Wildlife Media. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Account details: name, email address and authentication identifiers.
Order details: items licensed, amounts and payment status (via Stripe).
Enquiry details: the information you submit in contact forms.
Technical data: IP address, device and usage information, and cookies.

How we use it

To provide licences, downloads and customer support.
To process payments (Stripe acts as an independent controller/processor).
To respond to enquiries and manage our relationship with you.
To meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.

Legal bases

We rely on contract (to fulfil your orders), legitimate interests (to run and secure our business), consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing) and legal obligation (for records we must keep).

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate, including Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (authentication, database and storage) and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep order and licence records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes. Account data is kept while your account is active.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with the ICO. Contact licensing@osea.example.
