Content & intellectual property

All imagery and footage are protected by copyright. Copyright remains with the photographer; OSEA Diver Ltd acts as the exclusive commercial licensing representative where applicable. Nothing on this site transfers ownership. Previews are watermarked and reduced in resolution.

Licences & purchases

Purchases grant the specific licence described at checkout and on your licence document, subject to the Licence Terms. Prices are calculated and validated server-side; the price shown at checkout governs.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access original files without a valid licence.
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute content or previews.
Do not circumvent security, watermarking or access controls.

Availability & liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
