Bat-eared Fox Cub

A young Bat-eared Fox (Otocyon megalotis) photographed in Kruger National Park, South Africa. Recognisable by its exceptionally large ears, this juvenile fox relies on acute hearing to locate insects, particularly termites, which make up much of its diet. The image captures the alert and inquisitive nature of one of Africa's most distinctive small carnivores.
